ISM eCompany realized the
requested platform based on the internally developed Sana eBusiness
modules. The easy WYSIWYG method of maintenance allows the
employees of Heineken to easily and directly maintain the website.
The concept, developed by the Amsterdam based communication agency
Qi, is based on offering current information to different target
groups.

Heineken, one of the top five
largest breweries in the world, offers the consumer information
about Heineken and all of its activities at Heineken.nl.
Heineken.nl is seen as a communication channel where the fun
character is emphasized. Information about activities which can be
paired with consuming Heineken products are updated weekly. The
structure of the site is time based allowing the consumer to search
on the time of an activity. The website offers a categorized
overview of activities per category. Also Heineken.nl offers a web
shop where glasses, clothes and Orange articles can be ordered.
Different products, brands and actions use the realized platform
for their communication and interaction with the different target
groups.
