Brand new solution of Sana Commerce for Euretco provides real-time sales information.
Euretco is a retail service organization for entrepreneurs in fashion, housing and sports. Euretco partners with 1,400 business owners and franchisees, that operate nearly 2,000 stores with consumer sales of more than 2 billion euros.
Challenge: Handling high number of variables
Previously, Euretco Label Company (ELC) worked with a system they had designed and developed theirselves to process orders. After having recently switched to Microsoft Dynamics NAV, ELC was looking for an online platform that complied with their ERP system. Furthermore, ELC ordering process is divided in two parts: pre-orders and after-sales. Where pre-orders are packed in multiple prepacks, and agents receive the full line of size in one package, the after-sales trajectory uses various seperate item variants. Therefore, the online sales portal needed to process a high number of variables.
Solution: Seamless exchange of business information
Partnering with Sana Commerce proved the ideal solution, as ELC used Microsoft Dynamics NAV that could be seamlessly integrated with the Sana Commerce B2B sales portal. The innovative link guarentees the direct exchange of all relevant data between the portal and the ERP administration. This way, ELC can manage multiple shops and assortments in multiple languages and currencies, as their business is spread across the world.

A sales portal that gives ELC a clear overview, every day. The available stock is easy to observe and everyone is available to see daily changes of stock and always has accurate data. Because of this, the user-friendly order form makes it easy for dealers to order multiple products on a single form, in the desired numbers.
