Challenge: Customer-specific prices easily shown in webshop

After the merger of Rolf and Koks Gesto in 2012, KG & Rolf needed a new webshop to fulfill the needs of their customers. KG & Rolf makes use of a Business Process Management Suite (BPMS) system as their business information system. Calculations such as customer specific prices and discounts were a very important aspect that needed to be shown in their new webshop. After logging in, clients should be able to see their own prices. Another important aspect was that content management could be done by KG & Rolf itself in a convenient way. 

Solution: Integration is the key

After an evaluation on several webshop providers, KG & Rolf chose Sana Commerce because of its full integration with ERP. Due to this, Sana was well able to couple with the BPMS system. Sana uses the business logic and database of the ERP, resulting in real-time information. Customer specific prices, discounts and other crucial business information can be utilized right away, without having to create these comprehensive business environments and calculations in their webshop. With Sana's integrated back-office and back-end editor, KG & Rolf is able to control the content of their website.
